Program availability
New cashback earning is not enabled. Rates, redemption caps and expiry must be configured before launch. Any existing eligible credit remains usable in marketplace checkout.
What cashback means
Cashback is non-transferable promotional credit for a future eligible purchase through LittleSpend. It is not a cash payment, deposit, withdrawable bank balance or purchased payment instrument. You cannot top it up, send it to another person or withdraw it. We show the full amount payable today separately from a future reward.
Who sells and who funds
Each marketplace seller invoices and fulfils its own order. Seller identity, price and delivery charges are shown before checkout. Cashback is funded by the seller of the qualifying purchase; LittleSpend records funds reserved against the promise. When eligible credit is used with another seller, LittleSpend records that seller's reimbursement entitlement. Customer support remains available through LittleSpend.
Earning and availability
Cashback is calculated on the eligible product price after redeemed credit, excluding shipping and COD fees, rounded down to whole paise. The holding period is at least eight days after confirmed delivery. A pending or approved return holds unused cashback. Each award keeps the holding period, expiry and redemption allowance disclosed at purchase. Cashback is subject to retaining the qualifying purchase.
Using your credit
Choose to use available credit at checkout. Credit applies to products, not shipping or COD fees, and cannot pay the entire product subtotal. Your review screen shows the permitted amount. We use the earliest-expiring eligible awards first. When awards have different limits, the total credit used cannot exceed the highest redemption allowance of the awards actually used. Turning off new earning does not remove existing eligible credit.
Expiry and restoration
Expiry is shown in your cashback account and starts from the scheduled unlock time, not from your next visit. Unused expired credit is no longer redeemable. Credit used on a subsequently cancelled, undelivered returned parcel or inspected full-order return is restored with at least seven days to use it, provided its original qualifying purchase remains eligible. Credit from an already reversed qualifying purchase or deleted account cannot be restored.
Returns and cash refunds
Cancelling or returning the qualifying purchase reverses its unused cashback. A return review temporarily holds unused credit. Already spent cashback is not deducted from a cash refund owed under the return process. Cash refunds concern the cash amount paid; redeemed promotional credit is restored separately where eligible. These rewards do not replace statutory remedies or require acceptance of store credit instead of a monetary refund.
Account deletion and help
Deleting an account forfeits unused and pending promotional credit. A new account does not inherit the deleted account's rewards. Order, funding and reward audit records may be retained for reconciliation and legal obligations, with account links removed. Check your balance and complete any support request before deleting.
