You can change or empty your sample bag at any time. Reviewing the estimate does not create an order or charge, so it does not need to be cancelled.
Launch cancellation terms
Planned launch terms: request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, applicable return terms govern the request. These terms become applicable only when ordering opens.
If we cannot fulfil an order
When ordering becomes available, any merchant cancellation, unavailability or failed fulfilment must be communicated to you with the applicable refund process. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
